At ARAG®, we want to ensure that your employees who are enrolled in the legal plan have easy access to all the resources available to them -- including member identification cards. We've enhanced our website so that members can now print their member card from the ARAG Legal Center! If a member has misplaced his or her member identification card, or just wants to print a couple extra copies for a spouse or eligible dependents, provide them with these easy-to-follow instructions:

1. Visit http://araglegalcenter.com.
2. Click on I'm on Member: Log Me In! (right side of the screen)
3. Click on Create a user name and password for the first time, if you have not created an account. This can be found under Never logged in before?. If an account has been created, please proceed to log in and skip to step 5.
4. Enter in 4 digit EIN and home zip code
5. Once an account has been created, log in as member, click on Visit my Account (under the Member ID Card section on the left hand side of the page)
6. Then, click on Print it Now! Under the Member ID Card section on the left side of the page.

As a reminder, know that while at the ARAG Legal Center, you can also use DIY Docs® to create state-specific legal documents, review specific plan details and coverages, and access helpful legal guidebooks. Lastly, members may call ARAG's Customer Care Center at 800-247-4184. Customer Care Representatives are available to assist them in finding attorneys, confirming coverage, etc.
